About the Project

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has retained AECOM to undertake a Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study for the replacement of the Simcoe County Road 93 Overpass at Highway 11 and the associated interchange improvements, as shown in the key plan.

This study is following the approved planning process for a ‘Group B’ in accordance with the MTO Class EA for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000).

Project Schedule

The Ministry initiated the Detail Design and Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Study for the replacement of the Simcoe County Road 93 Overpass (Site # 30-137) at Highway 11 and the associated interchange improvements in Winter 2024. It is anticipated that the contract package will be completed by Summer 2025.
