Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Process
This study is following the approved planning process for a ‘Group B’ in accordance with the MTO Class EA for Provincial Transportation Facilities (amended 2000).
A Design and Construction Report (DCR) has been prepared to document the study process including the recommended detail design improvements, potential impacts and planned mitigation as well as the consultation undertaken throughout the process.
